To celebrate the East Village community, members of the East Village Golden Age Club and The Kerby Centre got together to put on a vaudeville show. There was singing, stories, a little soft shoe, and a lot of fun. Afterwards chairs were rearranged for discussion on the diversity of a community.
Shows ran May 24 and 25 evenings at the Golden Age Club. This was my favorite shot of the evening, simply because she seemed to glow with happiness.
